This was a trip to Tampa, Florida in mid March of 2025. During this trip we visited the Ringling Museum, of the Ringling Brothers Circus, the Tampa Bay Automobile Museum, Fort Desoto Park, The Collection on Palmetto which is a brass era car museum, and Lettuce Lake Park.

This trip was a Sunday afternoon trip to the Museum of Flight in Seattle, WA. It is located on Boeing Field south of downtown. It is surrounded by both Boeing and the airport, so you can see a lot of cool planes inside and outside the museum.

This was a six mile round trip hike out on Mount Walker near Quilcene, Washington. It is the only Puget Sound facing mountain peak where you can either hike or drive to the summit at 2,803 feet. The park is located by the Washington Women’s Prison on one side, State Route 16 on another side, and surface streets on the other. This hike was up to the Dosewallips Campground and Ranger Station in Olympic National Park. It follows an old washed out forest service road, which eventually heads into Olympic National Park. The road was washed out in 2002, about a mile from the road closed sign, and never rebuilt. The total hike was about 13 …

These are from a trail on Brown Creek in Olympic National Forest. It was on a shorter trail out near Hoodsport, WA in the national forest (not yet National Park). I took a drive up here from where we were camping to check it out on a Saturday morning.
