This state park is located just outside of Belfair, Washington, and is located on the east side of the southern end of Hood Canal. We stayed the weekend at this park, and I got a few pictures of the changing fall colors with it being the middle to end of October when we stayed here. The park is clean and decently kept.
One notice I would keep if driving more than one car is to be careful parking them in the day use. We had more than one car since we stayed Thursday through Sunday. I did not come up until Friday afternoon, and my brother and dad both had to work Friday, there was two other cars at our site. So, I parked in the day use, and got gas siphoned out of my tank over Friday night. So, for this to not happen to anyone else, if parking overnight in the day use, park close to the ranger station which has a security camera on it (even though sadly no one will probably ever be caught).
